TAMPA, Fla. — A Tampa woman has made quite a turnaround in her life. She is using her second chance at life to serve her neighbors in South Tampa.
Every Friday morning you will find Tabitha Butler in the kitchen at the South Tampa campus of Countryside Christian Church. She leads a small group of volunteers cooking food for residents in need.
