Happy Monday! Once again, we’ll be feeling like we live in a snow globe this week. Periods of snow showers for the valleys and a steadier snowfall for the mountains will result in light to moderate accumulations through midweek. For instance, we’re contending with scattered snow showers this morning which has resulted in slippery stretches on area roadways. Temps aren’t doing too shabby though with many of us in the teens to middle 20s.
Highs will rebound into the lower to middle 30s this afternoon with additional valley snow showers/flurries and some steadier, light mountain snow. Overnight into Tuesday morning, temperatures will slide back into the teens to low 20s as a cold front glides east and eventually offshore.
