PLATTSBURGH | Bailey Hewson’s double-overtime goal supplied Plattsburgh High with a dramatic 1-0 win over Peru in a Section VII Class A girls soccer semifinal on Friday, Oct. 25.
With the victory, the Hornets advanced to the sectional championship, where they will face top-seeded Beekmantown at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at Northeastern Clinton.
