BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – This week’s Snowplow Spotlight features Snow Away and Slush Puppy.
The last few days of snow have had one VTrans plow working like a dog. Slush Puppy is driven by Steve Phillips out of the Georgia Garage. Phillips has been with VTrans for three years and he plows 1-89 exits 16 through 18. Slush Puppy was named by the Chamberlin School in South Burlington.
