SAINT ALBANS CITY, Vt. — Multiple officers with the St. Albans Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a person had been shot on Main Street around 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19.
When first responders arrived, they determined that no one had been shot, but that a firearm had been discharged inside of a residence. Police said a person inside that home had been injured due to a related assault.
