POCATELLO — After multiple requests from vendors, the Portneuf Valley Farmer’s Market is set to hold its first ever Christmas Market this weekend for anyone who hasn’t completed their Christmas shopping.
Ellen Loomis, one of the organizers of the event, said the market will take place at Westwood Mall, 1800 Garrett Way, on Friday, Dec. 20, and Saturday, Dec. 21. The Friday market will be from noon to 7 p.m. while the Saturday market will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“We’ll have free pictures with Santa Claus for two hours each day,” Loomis said. “One of our vendors will have a Grinch to do pictures with.”…
