There’s no shortage of spots in Idaho to take a several thousand-foot BASE jump off a perfectly good rock cliff. Thanks to the Perrine Bridge, Twin Falls is a mecca for the hobby, but less than three hours north is a cluster of mountains and lakes where people can get in an entire day of hiking and end it with a life-changing jump.
Idaho is easily one of the top states for BASE jumping. The 486-foot tall Perrine Bridge in southern Idaho is the top destination for jumpers in the entire land. If I had a dollar for every jump I’ve witnessed from that bridge, I could afford a new kayak.
