Officers announced the arrest of a man who was caught on camera stealing packages from Lakewood residences during the holiday season.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lakewood Station posted a video on Instagram with footage from the arrest that included a brief interaction between an officer and the suspect.
