POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (TCN) — A 32-year-old man is in custody after allegedly fatally hitting the mother of his son with his truck and injuring another man.
According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, on the night of Saturday, Sept. 21, deputies and Pompano Beach Fire Rescue personnel responded to a possible hit-and-run. Authorities found two victims, Brenda Hernandez Amaya and Omar Munguia-Henrique, and determined they had been hit and dragged by a vehicle.
Responders transported the victims to a hospital, where Hernandez Amaya was pronounced deceased. Munguia-Henrique sustained non-life-threatening injuries…
