Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis left the field early Monday night during his team’s Week 4 contest against the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.
On Tennessee’s second drive of the game, the Titans had 3rd-and-4 at their own 42. The second-year QB Levis scrambled right and ended up diving awkwardly out of bounds to try to extend for a first down. He ended up a yard short.
Levis hurt his shoulder as he landed and was later seen entering the blue medical tent. Veteran backup Mason Rudolph replaced Levis in what was then a scoreless ballgame…
