Woodmont Industrial Partners (Woodmont) and Butters Construction & Development (Butters) announced the start of construction for Andrews Logistics Center, a ground-up industrial development in Pompano Beach.
Located at 1698 Andrews Avenue, the distribution park will bring 84,000 square feet of Class A industrial space to market.
In addition to ample square footage, Andrews Logistics Center will feature 32’ clear height, 16 loading docks, two ramps, a 120’ truck court and surface parking.
