JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — After four days with no power in some buildings at the Bella Terraza apartment complex, residents received an update Saturday morning giving more insight on how much longer they’ll be without power.
William Lucas lives in one of the apartment buildings without power. After spending the last three nights with family, he returned Saturday morning to his apartment for clothes.
