Ezell filed the lawsuit on Wednesday (6/26) in US District Court Eastern District of Michigan, alleging that Detroit’s MGM Grand failed to pay after she won $127,000 in October of last year plying the casino’s Progressive Blackjack game. She is seeking $127,000 and $75,000 in damages.
