TAMPA, Florida ( MyFloridaNews ) — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) is actively pursuing new leads in the 2017 disappearance of Lakeland Air Force veteran Brian Edward Klecha.
In commemoration of the seventh anniversary of his disappearance, the FDLE has released a video interview to generate fresh insights into the cold case.
Brian Klecha, who was 35 years old at the time, was last seen on December 27, 2017, making a banking transaction at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union in Auburndale. He had connections to Orange, Polk, and Hillsborough counties and was employed by the Disney Corporation. On February 11, 2018, Klecha’s Jeep Patriot was discovered abandoned on State Road 618 in Tampa at the Morgan Street exit, and investigators suspect it was involved in a car accident days earlier…
