Arianna Perry announced as new head coach for COS cross country

Perry takes over the men’s and women’s programs after coaching Tulare Western cross country for the past seven years

Arianna Perry, a Tulare native and Fresno Pacific University alum, has spent over a decade building cross country and track & field programs at the high school level. Since 2018, she has led the Tulare Western girls’ cross country team to six league titles, including the last five in a row. Perry’s leadership also contributed to back-to-back Central Section titles for the boys’ program in 2021 and 2022. Her commitment to excellence earned her the Central Section Coach of the Year award for the 2021– 2022 school year.

“I am thrilled to join the College of the Sequoias and excited for this opportunity,” said Coach Perry. “Distance running is more than just a sport; it’s a chance to teach discipline, resilience and teamwork. I look forward to working with COS student athletes and building a program that competes at the highest level while promoting academic and personal growth.”…
