We are getting word this morning that area police in the Maine town of Topsham have responded to an apparent incident atop the Merrymeeting Bridge.
According to an article published on WGME 13, the apparent incident is taking place on the bridge that connects Topsham and Brunswick along Maine route 196. Police are telling commuters that they must use Main street to get over to Route 1 this morning.
