PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A Portland man is still recovering nearly three weeks after he was shot while he was on his way home to have dinner with his family.
Just after midnight on Sept. 7, Michael was riding his motorcycle near Southeast 111th Avenue and Stark Street when gunfire broke out.
“It was almost animated, you know. I couldn’t really see nothing, it’s like firecrackers,” Michael said. “Everything goes black for a second, my right arm collapses, I end up going down – not knowing really what’s going on yet. I’m trying to crawl back to some sort sort of shelter.”…
