PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland police have identified the woman killed during a shooting in the Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood earlier this week as 38-year-old local resident LaToya M. Hill.
The suspect, identified as 18-year-old Portland resident Kamari N. Gates, was also arrested for murder after turning himself in to Portland Police Bureau’s North Precinct, authorities said.
