Joe Fagan, Scappoose’s highly decorated baseball player, made his college decision official when he signed his letter of intent as part of a ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 13, on the campus of Scappoose High School.
The senior will be attending and playing baseball across the river at the University of Portland next school year.
