A West Chester man who sexually abused a child for nearly a decade has been sentenced to 40–80 years in prison, the Chester County District Attorney’s Office announced on Tuesday, Jan. 10.
Lucino Ochoa-Mena, 41, began sexually abusing the victim when she was 5 years old and continued until she was 14, evidence presented at trial revealed. In June 2024, he was convicted of 14 criminal offenses, including two counts of rape of a child, following a four-day trial before Judge Patrick Carmody.
