L. ALSACE TWP., Pa. – A meeting about a possible merger between two Berks County communities has been moved to a new location.
The meeting about possible merger talks between Lower Alsace Township and Mount Penn Borough will still take place on Thursday, but it will now be held at the Mount Penn Borough building.
