A former Georgia cop who turned himself in earlier this year to face charges for the shooting death of an unarmed Black man has pleaded guilty.
Grant Shaw pleaded guilty on Dec. 7 to involuntary manslaughter in the death of 20-year-old Emmanuel Millard.
