The BVHS girls’ basketball team returned from their winter break for back-to-back wins over Florence and Crested Butte.
The Lady Demons had time for “a few good practices” before tackling the Florence Huskies on Jan. 8.
“We felt good about the game,” said coach Kevin Lubbers. “We had great teamwork and focus. They finished plays and did a nice job getting lots of people involved and some easy looks around the rim.”…
