PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) – People experiencing homelessness in Pueblo may soon have nowhere to sleep inside.

The Pueblo Rescue Mission is the only facility in the city allowing residents to sleep there overnight and providing free dinner to all people. Now the Mission is having to scale back their services to just the essentials.

Board Chair for the Pueblo Rescue Mission Ken Wood tells 11 News they’re having to do this for several different reasons including a lack of funding. But the City of Pueblo is saying the Rescue Mission has a “lack of financial security,” and “mismanagement of funds.”…
