Seems like they’ve been coming around a lot more this year. This time around they came in and immediately got some hoots out. After that they proceeded to the nest bowl and sized that up. I’m told they were around for a long time last night. Hopefully the eagles will run them off soon as great horned owls frequently use existing nests.
