A Tinton Falls man was arrested last week after police responded to reports of a man filming another person in the restroom at the JCPenney department store at the Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, authorities said.
The victim told investigators that while he was in a bathroom stall about 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 10, someone reached under the stall door with a cell phone, police said. The phone appeared to be recording, police said.
