NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Two NYPD officers were shot at as they sat in their police car on Staten Island on Thursday evening, police said.
Two men were in custody at the 120 th precinct stationhouse in connection with the shooting, and police said they may be looking for more people.
The two officers were sitting in a police department vehicle at Wayne Street and Broadway in West Brighton around 5 p.m. when shots rang out.
