SELMA – A Smithfield teenager has been charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Eighteen year-old Carmire Andrew White is accused of stabbing Linwood Junior Raynor in the neck during an altercation at 2088 Old Beulah Road. The assault was reported around 1:45pm Saturday, January 3.
The 40 year-old victim was transported by EMS to WakeMed for treatment of serious injuries. At last report Raynor was in stable condition…
