How Redding Electric Utility preps for power outage risks amid stormy Northstate weather

REDDING, Calif. — The stormy weather in the Northstate is making for a higher risk of power outages.

On Dec. 26, there were several power outages in Redding, including a Redding Electric Utility outage.
