Ironman California forecast: Clouds increase but rain holds off on race day

The training is done and the travel plans are set. Now that it’s race week, Ironman California athletes are carefully watching the forecast for Sunday’s 140.6 mile triathlon.

Past participants have firsthand experience with just how volatile Northern California’s weather can be this time of year.
