DALLAS — A new airplane engine repair facility is coming to Dallas with the help of $500,000 from the city.

HAECO Global Engine Support will open in a 290,000-square-foot, newly-built facility at 11124 Goodnight Lane that’s expected to bring 170 jobs to the city and be the company’s “primary location in North America for ‘engine hospital’ repair work.” The total cost of the project is $17.5 million.

HAECO Global will relocate 76 existing full-time jobs to the new Dallas facility from Carrollton and create an additional 94 jobs, for a total minimum job count of 170…
