A cold and windy end to October

A pattern change is expected through Monday as a closed low pressure system moves southeast into Washington and Oregon sitting overhead Monday afternoon through Monday night. Tonight, through Sunday afternoon widespread rainfall is expected with Tri-Cities seeing less than .10″ of rainfall.

We will start to see mountain snow this week with the cascade crest seeing 1-3″ of snow through Monday afternoon.

Snow level will drop by Monday to 4,000 feet with most accumulation occurring above 5,000 feet…
