Officials address concerns ahead of next snowfall as some Lexington roads go unplowed

LEXINGTON, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Road crews across the Commonwealth have been working tirelessly to clear roadways following the impact of Winter Storm Blair.

However, some residents are frustrated as certain streets remain untouched by plows.

When will Lexington side roads, neighborhoods, and sidewalks be cleared of snow, ice?

Emma Curtis, the representative for Lexington’s District 4, acknowledged the concerns of her constituents.

“I understand the frustration. I’ve dealt with my own road not being as clear as I would personally like,” she said. “But I think it’s important to remember our road safety crews are out there busting their butts.”…
