HOUSTON, Texas — A woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance after being found passed out in her vehicle, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4. Deputies responded to the 19500 block of the North Freeway on December 12, 2024.Michelle Underwood was identified as the driver and displayed multiple signs of intoxication, stated Constable Mark Herman. After failing a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, deputies discovered she was in possession of crystal methamphetamine. Underwood was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with possession of a controlled substance with a prior conviction and driving while intoxicated.
