Houston – In the aftermath of the deadly wildfires that ravaged California, rapper and Houston hero Trae Tha Truth, didn’t hesitate to step in and offer his help.
For over a week, we’ve watched the overwhelming coverage of wildfires leveling homes, swallowing up memories, and taking at least two dozen lives. In true Houston fashion, Trae immediately mobilized, bringing his organization, Relief Gang, into action.
Last week Trae announced on Instagram that he was getting ready to head to hardest-hit areas of California, including Altadena and Pasadena. For several days, he and his team toured the damage, distributed food, attended supply drives, and spread the word about other drives in the area. During his stay in California, Trae ordered 300 burgers from Marathon Burger in Los Angeles to hand out to those waiting in supply lines.
