Aliyahna Morris, the No. 25 overall prospect in the class of 2025, will stay home to play her college ball at California.
The 5-foot-5 point guard from Rancho Cucamonga chose the Golden Bears over Mississippi State, USC, UCF, Illinois, Duke, Yale and others. During a conversation with 247Sports, Morris explained her decision.
“I chose Cal because the coaching staff and the team were very welcoming,” Morris told 247Sports. “I think Cal fits me the best way. After being pursued by the Ivy League and Power 5 schools, I felt Cal was the perfect balance of both and was the best for me.”…
