FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for alleged child sex crimes.
Colton Heath Kennedy, 27 of Glade Hill, was charged with the following:
- One felony count of Forcible Intercourse with Victim Under Age 13
- One felony count of Forcible Sodomy, Victim Under Age 13
- Two felony charges of Object Sexual Penetration: Victim Under Age 13
- Two felony charges of Aggravated Sexual Battery – Victim Under Age 13
- Seven felony charges of Production of Child Pornography: Child under Age 15
- Seven felony charges of Possession of Child Pornography
- Seven felony charges of Distribution of Child Pornography
Kennedy is being held without bond pending court proceedings…
