ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – Spooky season is in the books, as Halloween has come and gone. But while the time for goblins and ghosts is over, our fascination with scary stories remains. From literature to the silver screen, we actively seek them out. Some might even say we’re obsessed.
Ghost stories have been a part of human history for as long as we can remember. From ancient tales of monsters to the horror movies we watch today. “Most of these stories start with an oral tradition that we just don’t have anymore,” says Virginia Tech instructor Ingrid Johnson.
