(KIMT) — After our first measurable rainfall in 20 days Thursday evening, conditions will dry out through Friday.
Although we received a solid amount of rain, this will do little to bust our ongoing drought conditions. Moderate to severe drought continues throughout southeast Minnesota and North Iowa.
Sunshine returns Friday with temperatures climbing to the mid 50s, which is right on par for average in late October.
