The City of Muscatine and the Department of Public Works (DPW) will conduct an on-line public surplus auction November 4-18. The items for bid contain a variety of items that were declared surplus by the Muscatine City Council on October 17.
All items are available to bid on through the auction web site www.publicsurplus.com starting November 4, and running through 3 p.m. on November 18.
