ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – The Stateline has emerged from the deep freeze somewhat, but not until after logging a -9° low temperature Friday morning.
And, while by no means balmy, the lower 20s witnessed Friday afternoon combined with lighter winds made things feel as comfortable as they have all week long.
