ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Police arrested Javaris Laster, 23, for manufacturing ecstasy among other charges.
On November 11, around 7 p.m., an officer was patrolling the area of 9th Street and Brooke Road when he saw a grey Jeep speed past a Brooke Road stop sign. The official pulled Laster over at a Shell Gas Station on 11 Street.
