If you’re going to hop in your car to get something to eat, you might as well go to a place where you can get your meal served while you’re on your ride.
I saw this story from Taste of Home about the Best Old-School Drive-Ins around the Country. Since I just shared the news about the iconic Sam’s Drive-In selling off all its stuff, I was interested to see if anywhere near the Rockford area would measure up to that now-closed place.
Turns out, there are one or two different drive-ins relatively close to us.
