SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Northern California continues to heat up well past what is normally expected in the fall season.
Meteorologist Tamara Berg said Friday’s forecast high for downtown Sacramento is 96 degrees, a jump from 87 degrees recorded Thursday. The average for this time of year is 86 degrees.
