A logging truck overturned Wednesday afternoon – near the intersection of Redmond Circle, and Garden Lakes Boulevard, in Rome, Georgia – then logs were spilled onto the median and the pedestrian walkway.
Rome Police blocked an outside lane of Redmond Circle as crews worked to clear those logs and the vehicle. That crash then toppled a pedestrian walkway light and a power pole.
Floyd 9-1-1 Dispatch reported that the driver was uninjured.…
