As the week moves onto Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, temps are up into the upper 50s and down in the 30s and 40s overnight.
Santa Claus should be making his trip to Polk County and around the rest of the world under mostly clear skies on Christmas Eve night and early Christmas morning, but look for chances of rain in the forecast later in the day on Christmas with a 20% chance of wet weather in the forecast.
