Willie Rollins, 52, of Marietta, is accused of entering the bedroom of a 12-year-old girl and molesting her on Aug. 31 at 10 a.m. at a Marietta apartment, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Rollins is also accused of telling the victim not to say anything. The girl told her mother, who then confronted Rollins. There is video footage of Rollins entering and exiting the girl’s bedroom without a shirt on. The girl and her mother gave similar accounts of Rollins’ reaction when the girl opened the door twice to get her mother’s attention in order to tell her what had happened. There is also video footage of the mother telling the girl to repeat the allegations in front of Rollins and she did so while crying, according to the warrant.
Rollins is charged with child molestation felony. He was arrested on Sept. 4 at 1:56 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
