ELK GROVE, Calif. — All lanes of southbound Highway 99 have been shut down just north of Dillard Road in Elk Grove after a crash involving a cement mixer on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
According to California Highway Patrol, a cement mixer truck overturned in a crash around 3:30 p.m., prompting a multiple-lane closure on the freeway.
