“If it’s time to reroof and money is a big object to you, it’s going to be the cheapest upfront to get a new roof on your home,” Foxhaven Roofing Group Vice President Matt Stewart said.
But if you want to keep up with your insurance premiums and have the best storm proof roof, Stewart said he recommends a metal roof as asphalt shingles could be on its way out for Florida’s top insurance regulators…
