Incompetent: Woman in St. Augustine priest’s stabbing sent to mental health facility

The 22-year-old woman arrested in the random stabbing of a St. Augustine priest is being treated in a mental health facility after being ruled incompetent to proceed to trial, according to St. Johns County court records.
